WON'T IT COST ME MORE TO CHANGE LAWYERS?
No. On contingency fee cases there is only one attorney fee. Most lawyers charge 1/3 of the gross recovery. That 1/3 fee will not go up if you change lawyers. We will handle fee issues with your former attorney, but the resolution of the fee issue shouldn't affect your recovery.
MUST I GET PERSONALLY INVOLVED?
Don't worry, you don't have to. Once retained and authorized by you, we handle everything so the transition is fast and smooth. You don't have to get involved personally with the case transfer process.
